The equipment of our Smokehouse division corresponds to the most modern technical standards. Dersu Smokehouse products are manufactured particularly for the European market. We use cold and hot smoking procedures.  Afterwards the fish is packed by vacuum. For production the desires of our customers determine everything.

The smoked fish is freshly exported by air freight, frozen by ship or on overland routes.

About Us

Dersu Fishing Industry has developed its commercial activities starting with fresh fish retailing in 1983 on the markets of Antalya region. 
Related to the mounting numbers in tourism the demand for fresh fish, frozen fish and sea food delicacies increased. To cover the increasing demand, we decided to invest into own trout breeding farms and seafishing.
Mounting numbers of customers as well as steadily growing variety of products made it necessary to upgrate our company. Within 2008 we were able to open a new, modern factory building on our own plot which suits to the international requirements of food production, storage and delivery.
2009 we have got the permission for export into European Union (TR 07 20 30 40 512).
