Our new factory building, finished in 2008, includes strechted fish processing systems, a smoke house compartment and a modern cold store depot. In an area of 1000 m² up to 1000 tons of fish can be processed, shock frozen on demand, packed and stored. For every 1000 tons of fish processed, 300 tons would be smoked fish.
Of course, processing,storage and delivery follow the regulations of HACCEP conception and with certification of the International Food Standard(IFS)

 It was established in 1994 by Dersu Fishing Industry on Manavgat Brook, with purpose of trout culturing in cages and its capacity is 40 tons of table trout per year.
