1. FROZEN TROUT – GILLED AND GUTTEDOur trout origins from our own breeding farms. For transportation they are locally cooled down to 0 - 2 °C and transported in refrigerated vehicles by adding ice at the fish processing factory. Here they will be cleaned and the gills will be removed. Then they are glazed and packed shock frozen into foils and collected in cardboard boxes at -20° and immediately stored in our cold store depot.
