1. FROZEN TROUT – GILLED AND GUTTED
Our trout origins from our own breeding farms. For transportation they are locally cooled down to 0 - 2 °C and transported in refrigerated vehicles by adding ice at the fish processing factory. Here they will be cleaned and the gills will be removed. Then they are glazed and packed shock frozen into foils and collected in cardboard boxes at -20° and immediately stored in our cold store depot.

2.- FROZEN SEABASS - GILLED AND GUTTED
- FROZEN GİLTHEAD SEABREAM - GİLLED AND GUTTED
We obtain Seabass and Gilthead Seabream from aquacultures in Bodrum. In our processing factory all fish will be cleaned and the gills will be removed. Then they are glazed and packed shock frozen into cardboard boxes at -40° and immediately stored in our cold store depot for selling.

Of course we produce Trout Filet, Gilthead Seabream - and Seabass Filet. The filets can vary in size, type of packing and glasure according to the desires of our customers. a) Trout can be packed as individual filet, Butterfly or just without gills in locked bags, in sizes as wished by the customer, ready for dispatch. b) Seabrass and Gilthead Seabream will be processed to single filet. Pieces of filet can be packed, based on customer wishes of desired weight, in locked bags ready for dispatch. |
